Zachary D. Messa is a Board Certified Intellectual Property attorney. He has lived in Pinellas County considering 1998 and joined Johnson Pope within the fall of 2001 after graduating from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the International Trademark Association and has served as an editor of The Trademark Report, The Law Journal of the International Trademark Association.
Since becoming a member of the organization, Zachary has gradually focused his practice to all sides of highbrow belongings law, such as trademark, copyright, rights of publicity and alternate secrets. His services consist of the drafting and negotiation of licensing , supply and production agreements, protection of customer’s highbrow assets thru trademark and copyright registration and prosecution, and when essential the enforcement and protection of such rights via litigation. Zachary has represented home developers, photographers, authors, composers, overall performance rights associations, music writers, apparel design businesses, home designers, franchises, and agencies in the protection and enforcement in their highbrow belongings rights.
Zachary is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to exercise within the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also a member of Pinellas County Bar Association.
