Mr. Hunt has been an ordeal attorney in Ohio for over 40-four years. He has appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court, numerous Ohio courts of appeals, and trial courts on the county and municipal level all through the kingdom of Ohio as well as earlier than the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. Mr. Hunt’s litigation experience extends to business, creation, non-public harm, wrongful loss of life, home relations (family regulation), collections, contracts, probate litigation and public utility subjects. As the developing area of collaborative law has grown as an opportunity to litigated divorce, Mr. Hunt has re-centered his divorce/own family law practice in this region. Mr. Hunt is an ardent believer within the concept that hobby-based negotiation is hugely superior to conventional divorce litigation. Mr. Hunt is an experienced arbitrator, mediator, neutral evaluator, dad or mum ad litem and parenting coordinator.
Mr. Hunt earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Master of Science in commercial management from Purdue University in 1969 and 1970 respectively. Mr. Hunt graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law of Cleveland State University magna cum laude in 1975. Since being admitted to the bar Mr. Hunt has educated in collaborative law, widespread and divorce mediation, as a parent ad litem and parenting coordinator. Mr. Hunt serves as an accredited Guardian advert litem and Parenting Coordinator and neutral evaluator for the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Division of Domestic Relations.
