Bill Godbold joined Natural State Law in 2019. He practices completely in the areas of debtor/creditor litigation and financial ruin.
Prior to joining the company, Bill represented borrowers at of the largest volume purchaser financial ruin companies in Arkansas, where he became experienced in all elements of customer financial ruin. Bill has additionally represented small business and farm borrowers in liquidations and reorganizations. Bill is the contemporary Secretary-Treasurer of the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas.
