I am a local of Rutland, Vermont, and attended Duke University and graduated from what is now Castleton University earlier than acquiring my JD diploma from Washington & Lee University in 1974. I have become admitted in 1974 in Vermont and practiced in Rutland until 1999, despite the fact that I maintain to have an energetic license in Vermont.
