Victor is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is constrained to trial legal professionals who have accomplished verdicts or settlements or in extra of $one million. In 2011, Victor changed into decided on by using Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite. He has been a member of the Florida Justice Association (previously the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers) for 25 years and an Eagle member for over two decades. Victor is an established member of Florida Workers’ Advocates that's an employer designed to defend and protect the workers of this nation, mainly those which are injured. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers and Workers’ Compensation sections of the Florida Bar and was a constitution member of the D.R. Smith Chapter–American Inns of Court. Victor has been invited to lecture fellow legal professionals on the topics of private injury and people’ reimbursement on behalf of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The Florida Justice Association, The Florida Bar, and the National Business Institute.
Victor is a third-era Ocala resident and a lifelong member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church wherein he has served on the parish counsel and as a lector. Victor alongside along with his wife (and law companion) Kelly were honored to have chaired a Marion County March of Dimes WalkAmerica which raised nearly 1,000,000 bucks for this worth purpose. Victor is at the Board of Open Arms Village whose challenge is to fight homelessness by supplying transitional housing and supportive offerings to homeless men. Victor enjoys redfishing the backcountry of the Gulf at the beautiful Nature Coast, looking, and college sports activities.
