Vanessa Walsh graduated with honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law on the University of Utah in which she obtained the David T. Lewis Clinical Award; the Clinical Legal Education Association (“CLEA”) Award for excellence in fieldwork in advocacy; the Alonzo Watson Public Interest award for dedication to social justice, instructional opportunity and public carrier; and the Steven Magleby Memorial Award for advocacy on behalf of people with disabilities. Ms. Walsh holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Utah
Beyond supporting the person customers that I represent, I consider the work I do makes the network more secure. Whether it be punishing risky behavior like texting at the same time as riding, ensuring that risky products are made more secure, or changing a agencies’ irresponsible policies and approaches, the consequences I get can make a real distinction on how human beings and organizations behave, making the network safer for all people.
