I am a Bay Area native, presently residing in San Francisco. I am skilled in mediation, negotiation, and litigation. I handle uncontested divorces and complex custody matters, in addition to premarital agreements, the department of marital assets, baby support, and spousal aid issues. Prior to attending regulation college, I managed the care and training for babies, simple age children, and preteens. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa with High Honors from UC Santa Barbara and earned my J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in which I served as President of the Negotiations Team. I sharpened my trial capabilities through honors programs with the Office of the Lawyer General and U.S. Department of Justice. I practiced own family regulation at foremost firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, earlier than becoming proprietor of Fenchel Family Law .
I excel at crafting parenting plans, negotiating settlements and litigating custody battles on behalf of dad and mom that are able to put their infant s needs first. I have revel in supporting dad and mom of newborns, babies, unique wishes children, and defiant young adults. I lately celebrated my dad and mom’ 35th wedding ceremony anniversary, and in June 2018 can be celebrating my marriage to the man that keeps to empower me.
