I m a North Carolina native and graduated from Duke University. I then attended both the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and School of Law and graduated with a joint Master of Business Administration in Finance and regulation diploma, Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude. I m licensed to exercise in both Georgia and North Carolina.
I provide general business representation to a lot of clients with emphasis in commercial real estate, commercial enterprise corporations and business transactions. My customers have covered enterprise owners, software improvement and licensing companies, vehicle dealerships, franchisees, expert service carriers, insurance marketers and brokers, economic advisors, industrial real property proprietors, investors, developers and builders, commercial producers, and outlets. I paintings with my clients in business transactions in addition to strategic making plans for growth.
