A local of Florida, Timothy H. David earned his J.D. from Nova Law School in 1985 and his B.S. from the University of Central Florida in 1981. He is admitted to exercise law in Florida bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. David began his legal career as an Assistant State Lawyer in Orange County, Florida. Mr. David worked as a Felony Prosecutor wherein he gained sizeable trial experience. He then joined a huge insurance protection company. At this company he continued his trial practice protecting various insurance corporations and governmental groups in opposition to claims that have been added against them. After operating for a prominent protection firm in important Florida, Tim David opened his personal Florida Personal Injury Lawyers exercise in Maitland. Since that point, the private harm exercise at David & Philpot, PL has grown substantially.
