A San Diego Native, Tim graduated with honors from Stanford University with a B.A. in 1975. While running full time, Tim finished his regulation diploma on the University of San Diego School of Law in 1982. Tim labored for the State Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB) in which he become a Regional Lawyer and a Regional Director. Tim chaired the case that ended in one in every of the most important economic settlements in the records of the ALRB. Tim is fluent in Spanish.
Tim have become a Deputy Lawyer General with the California Department of Justice (DOJ) in 1994. There he handled federal jury trials and numerous federal appellate cases such as oral argument within the Ninth Circuit. He has argued matters in multi-district litigation in federal courtroom in Boston on a qui-tam fraud case concerning the pharmaceutical enterprise. He has also dealt with country appellate instances. He has practiced within the regions of hard work regulation, civil rights, Qui Tam Fraud (False Claims Act) cases in addition to purchaser fraud instances.
