Tom is a Roanoke native. After graduating from North Cross School in 1998, Tom graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2002 and the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2005. After graduating from law school, Tom labored in Richmond, VA, then Winchester, VA and Poquoson, VA. He recently back from a three-year sojourn in Idaho, in which he obtained accolades for his paintings on a special project for america Air Force s Air Combat Command and 366th Fighter Wing along with the Republic of Singapore, securing contractor services to educate foreign fighter jet pilots and renovation group for the F-15SG fighter jet variant and help make stronger the U.S. defense posture in southeast Asia. › ›
