Tom Marks graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2011 with a regulation degree. While in law faculty, Mr. Marks served as a member of UALR regulation evaluation and was also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Marks is likewise presently serving as an accessory professor for the Northwest Arkansas Community College.
