I have been practicing law within the Fort Myers area for over 30 years (certified considering 1982). My exercise focuses in the areas of real estate, affiliation regulation, construction, enterprise, probate and civil litigation. I had been Board Certified via the Florida Bar in Real Estate on the grounds that 1996 and in August 2013 I have become Board Certified via the Florida Bar in Business Litigation. In addition, in January 2014 I obtained the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating through Martindale Hubbell. I am notably experienced in both bench and jury trials, but, my choice is to settle the case each time feasible. I have a hectic body of workers inclusive of legal assistants every with an particular region of information.
