Thomas Balerud, after 17 years with the equal company, has opened his own regulation practice, positioned in downtown Tacoma. Tom is a graduate of each Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Puget Sound. Tom has enjoyed fulfillment in lots of well publicized high-profile State and Federal cases.
