Thomas Adam become born and raised in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD. He performed his undergraduate research at the University of Maryland at College Park and Florida State University; wherein he excelled in commercial enterprise and investments, and earned a Bachelor’s of Science diploma in Business Administration with a chief in Finance. During his time as an undergraduate at Florida State University, Mr. Adam interned for Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith in Tallahassee, Florida. After graduation, Mr. Adam joined Merrill Lynch’s Jacksonville, Florida office, in which he received the FINRA Series 7 and sixty three licenses. Mr. Adam earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law. While in regulation faculty, Mr. Adam volunteered as a tax counselor for underprivileged families and became hired as a law clerk for a neighborhood coverage protection organization. Post lawschool, Mr. Adam has centered his practice in widespread civil litigation and bankruptcy. He has massive enjoy in commercial litigation subjects; together with, breach of settlement moves, actual property litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, shareholder moves, intellectual belongings, employment law, restrictive covenants, business disputes and production litigation.
