Ty s exercise makes a speciality of assisting agencies reorganize their economic and organizational systems outside and inside of financial ruin. He represents enterprise debtors, lenders, trustees, and different parties in financial disaster courts. Ty additionally represents taxpayers earlier than the U.S. Tax Court, Alabama Tax Tribunal, kingdom and federal agencies and associated courts.
Ty is a former president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association, Treasurer of the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association, a member of the Committee of a hundred, a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison County - CONNECT Class sixteen, and a volunteer with the Huntsville Volunteer Lawyers Program and Wills for Heroes.
