Lawyer Weber graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming College in 1983 and graduated from Temple University together with her law degree in 1986. She was decided on as a federal judicial regulation clerk for The Hon. Louis C. Bechtle, Federal District Judge, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She then well-known a position as an Assistant United States Lawyer for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In 2001, Lawyer Weber returned to Central Pennsylvania. She joined the corporation in 2004, becoming a Principal of Marshall, Parker & Weber in 2010 and assumed the role of Managing Principal in 2011. Lawyer Weber is a part of an elite organization of legal professionals who've passed through the enormous system to grow to be a Certified Elder Law Lawyer with the aid of the National Elder Law Foundation below Authorization of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Lawyer Weber is an active member of diverse expert and community businesses. She is a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Section, Chair of the Lycoming Law Association’s Community Activities and Outreach Committee, and past President of the Lycoming Law Association. Lawyer Weber is Chair of the First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania, Secretary of FCFP’s Properties, Inc., past Chair of the President’s Leadership Council for Lycoming College, Trustee for Lycoming College and President-go with for the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Lawyers. She is a member of the Northcentral Pennsylvania Estate Planner’s Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers. She also serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for Albright LIFE and is a member of the American Inn of Courts. She was selected via her friends for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2021 Edition within the discipline of Trusts and Estates.
