Stacey Schliffer has practiced completely family law given that graduating from the City University of New York School of Law (CUNY) with a J.D. in 2007. While in regulation faculty Stacey become an accomplice editor of the New York City Law Review, obtained the Paul O Dwyer Fellowship for work dedicated to youngsters s rights, and participated in a own family regulation sanatorium where she obtained training concerning domestic violence at CUNY from 2006 to 2007 offering free criminal offerings to indigent customers on a variety of circle of relatives regulation problems. From 2007 to 2008 Stacey served as a law clerk inside the Family Law Division in New Jersey Superior Court, Union Vicinage, in the location of matrimonial law. From 2009 thru 2015, Stacey served as first a Staff after which Senior Lawyer on the Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society in Syracuse, New York handling both matrimonial and circle of relatives regulation instances as part of a home violence venture for indigent clients. Stacey has worked with individuals on problems regarding: distribution of assets, property, and money owed; infant custody, child abuse and forget; infant and spousal aid; and restraining orders for survivors of home violence.
