My areas of practice include asset protection and renovation, enterprise formations and succession planning, corporate governance, property making plans, actual property and industrial transactions, and tax making plans.
My experience encompasses counseling enterprise owners in matters bearing on entity formation and preliminary begin-up strategies, and the structuring of sales and acquisitions. I put together and endorse commercial enterprise proprietors on topics pertaining to buy-sell agreements, working agreements and shareholder agreements, asset transfers, and succession planning troubles. In addition, I suggest customers in matters involving property and tax making plans, together with tax audits and related issues, working together with them and their financial advisors on structuring and imposing plans to satisfy their particular wishes.
I have served as counsel to numerous small townships and municipalities advising them on topics relating to the development and implementation of zone and land-use suggestions. In addition, I labored as a part-time assistant prosecutor for several years.
