About
Seth became born and grew up in Northern Michigan. Prior to and at the same time as going to university he labored in the construction area with a preferred contracting corporation. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Oakland University in 1992. He obtained his Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude, Law Review) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997. During regulation faculty, he clerked for a mid-sized, complete carrier regulation workplace as well as for the Michigan Lawyer General’s workplace. He started out his regulation career running for a short time period for each a creation and asbestos litigation firm. From 1997-2012 he was General Counsel for one among the most important privately held expert corporation groups in Michigan, which supplied groups outsourced services within the regions of human sources, payroll, blessings and hazard control. While working at the professional organisation corporation, he labored with many small groups in numerous states and in numerous industries. In addition to his General Counsel obligations he become in leadership and management positions together with: Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and President.
He has served on several neighborhood and national enterprise forums and has posted articles in each local and national trade magazines. He became a mediator for several years for small claims courtroom.
