Originally from the Seattle location, Mr. Downey has called Oregon his home for the remaining two decades. After spending 5 years in Canada, he lower back to Oregon to wait Willamette University College of Law and opened his first regulation practice in Salem, Oregon in 2007.
Before training law, Mr. Downey labored in the hospitality industry, banking, and optical enterprise.
Mr. Downey is married with 3 youngsters.
