After receiving her B.A. from College of the Atlantic and her M.E.S. from Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, Sarah McDaniel labored within the land conservation and planning branch at The Trustees of Reservations, a kingdom-huge land agree with in Massachusetts, for 3 years before graduating Harvard Law School in 2003. Sarah based Maine Land Law in 2009 after developing a regulation exercise focusing on all factors of actual property regulation, with a selected emphasis on conservation transactions, civil litigation, and land use allowing. In 2013, Sarah joined with colleagues to co-determined Douglas McDaniel & Campo LLC, PA as a full-service regulation workplace. Sarah maintains to represent landowners in disputes related to belongings obstacles, name coverage, right-of-methods, leisure and conservation easement issues, zoning and real estate conveyance.
