Ms. Truong s exercise focuses on all aspects of civil litigation and standard enterprise litigation.
Ms. Truong joined Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz in October 2018. Prior to becoming a member of the corporation, she worked as a litigation attorney at Am Law 100 companies in New York, New York, in which she practiced in the regions of complex and multidistrict commercial litigation, contract disputes, records/facts management, E-Discovery, move-border litigation (such as the U.K, France, Israel), securities litigation, corporate internal investigations, governmental investigations (which include Securities Exchange Commission investigations and antitrust investigations from the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission), financial disaster litigation (as a member of the prison crew serving as court docket-appointed recommend to the Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities), and shareholder magnificence motion securities litigation.
Ms. Truong obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2006, wherein she changed into Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and Executive Editor for the Asian American Law Journal. In 2002, Ms. Truong graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science diploma in Industrial and Labor Relations, with a concentration in Collective Bargaining. She is a Meinig Family Cornell National Scholar.
Ms. Truong is admitted to practice in the State of California, the Federal Northern District of California, the State of New York, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
