Rupa is a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Gainesville and Jacksonville regulation office places of work. With nearly decades of enjoy and a certificate in health law, she makes a speciality of health care operational, corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. She advises customers in many facets of their business, such as privacy and records safety, fraud and abuse, company governance, hard work members of the family, licensure and field, high-quality development and healthcare risk management. She mechanically conducts due diligence which include the guidance and negotiation of agreements in connection with telehealth, software licensing, EMR, exercise sale and acquisition, clinical gadget, real property leases, medical doctor employment and scientific directorships.
Rupa is licensed to exercise in Florida and Pennsylvania and is an elected member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Health Law Section, and an authorized Mediator with the American Health Lawyers Dispute Resolution Service. She has authored articles with the American Health Lawyers Association and MGMA, lectured on fitness law topics as an accessory Professor of Law with University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate Healthcare Compliance program, participated as a visitor lecturer on the University of Florida Levin College of Law and as a touring Professor of Law at the University of Toledo College of Law.
