Roberto C. Blanch has been a member of Siegfried Rivera considering that 2001 and concentrates his practice in community association regulation. Mr. Blanch additionally previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Spanish American League Against Discrimination.
Mr. Blanch speaks regularly at State-authorized board member certification courses and academic seminars touching on the establishment and operation of apartment and homeowner institutions in Florida and authors articles referring to various problems affecting community associations.
