Robert Sneed has greater than eleven (11) years of experience in all components of litigation. Robertâs number one recognition of practice is inside the region of personal injury and wrongful death, products and premises liability, insurance insurance disputes, estates, home subjects, trendy tort litigation, and corporate formation and representation.
Robert has attempted severa jury and non-jury trials, representing plaintiffs and defendants in country and federal courts in Georgia and other jurisdictions. He has appeared before arbitral forums along with the American Arbitration Association, and has effectively mediated hundreds of civil cases in Georgia.
Prior to forming McConnell & Sneed, Robert previously served as a trial legal professional with the Property Team at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, where he frequently defended the pastimes of insurance corporations and their insureds. Prior to that, Robert become an ordeal attorney at Weinstock & Scavo, P.C., wherein he aggressively represented the pursuits of his customers inside Georgia and in different jurisdictions. Robert has also served as in-house counsel for Infinity Property & Casualty Company, wherein he defended insureds in third birthday celebration civil movements and became instrumental in drafting insurance coverage language in numerous states across the us of a. Robertâs numerous history in representing coverage organizations, insureds, and injured events, offers him with the unique potential to use his experience in training on both facets of the aisle in successfully representing his clients.
Robert is married to Beth Sneed, a local of the Atlanta place and Marist High School graduate, and currently stay in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta. Robert plays on a normal ALTA tennis crew and enjoys golfing and visiting.
