I even have practiced regulation for thirty years. I focus on enterprise and patent regulation, in particular patent prosecution and supporting customers protect their inventions.
I am a patent legal professional certified to practice before the USA Patent and Trademark Office and keep a degree in mechanical engineering. I am a companion within the law office of Lipton, Weinberger & Husick, a forte intellectual assets law workplace based in Southeastern Pennsylvania. I also am an environmental attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. In environmental topics, I am counsel to Drinker, Biddle & Reath LLP, a pinnacle-one hundred organization of over six hundred legal professionals with places of work in Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Princeton, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
I opened my patent law workplace in 1998 and feature practiced patent law from that point to the present. I worked within the Environmental Practice Group of Drinker, Biddle & Reath from 1996 till 1998 and inside the Environmental Department of Cohen, Shapiro, Polisher, Shiekman & Cohen, a Philadelphia local organization, from 1989 through 1995. I enforced environmental legal guidelines for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 1977 via 1988.
