Bob s current practice focuses on trademark regulation, copyright regulation, alternate secrets and techniques, intellectual assets licensing, employment and labor regulation, commercial and actual property litigation. He additionally has worked notably on complicated and class motion litigation. Bob is a member of The International Trademark Association (INTA) and is actively involved in worldwide trademark registrations, with sellers mounted during the sector. He teaches both trademark and copyright regulation on the University of Montana School of Law, as an adjunct professor.
