  I offer billing alternatives: hourly and according to diem. Unless I am notified in any other case, you'll be billed on an hourly basis. My hourly price is $320.00 per hour for two birthday party mediations and $450.00 in step with hour for mediations with 3 or more events, for you to be billed at the conclusion of each mediation consultation. The time billed will include all time spent in mediation classes (minimal 2.zero hours), time spent if any in coaching for mediation classes, in addition to all different time spent within the mediation method, which includes separate conferences with each birthday party, meetings wherein all events are present, and any phone meetings. If all parties agree, there's an opportunity billing option you can pick out. The opportunity is a statewide price of $four,000.00 consistent with day, which includes travel time. If you pick out this alternative billing option, you have to notify me right away to be sure the time is reserved accurately. I do now not rate for travel inside the eleventh, 15th, 17th and 19th Circuits in Florida, but, I do fee a reduced fee for travel time outdoor of these Circuits, and for airfare, if required. In addition, I will bill for all charges incurred on this mediation, such as replica charges, food and lodging fees if overnight remains are required, and other out of pocket charges.
