Mr. Wright is wellknown counsel to numerous groups both within the United States and overseas, advising senior management concerning preferred company affairs, finance, enterprise making plans and the decision of enterprise disputes.
Mr. Wright is regularly referred to as upon to barter complex commercial enterprise and legal problems, which includes the acquisition or sale of a patron agency or its property, and the resolution of contentious disputes among customers and providers, competition, or government regulators. Mr. Wright frequently lectures to lawyers and business executives on the subjects of international commercial enterprise transactions, enforcement of commercial agreements, and commercial enterprise financing.
Mr. Wright is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan, and is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court (1988). Also, he is a member of the Business Law, International Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections of both the ABA and Michigan bars. He is past Chair of the International Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Mr. Wright currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Search for Common Ground (previously Chairman), a Washington, D.C. and Brussels, Belgium. based nonprofit business enterprise devoted to Track II diplomatic initiatives world huge. It become Mr. Wright’s work with Search for Common Ground that led to the organization’s work in Russia and the NIS, and in the long run, the status quo of the corporation’s St. Petersburg, Russia workplace.
