I’m Mark Caviness, the founding father of Caviness Law Office. I chose the practice of employment and civil rights law because I need to use my expertise to make certain that anyone are dealt with similarly and with dignity.
Since getting into regulation college at Saint Louis University (graduating in 2004) I actually have loved calling St. Louis domestic. After commencement, I began operating for the federal courtroom right here in St. Louis as a law clerk for the Hon. Rodney W. Sippel, United States District Judge. From 2006 through 2017, I served as one of the courtroom’s professionals on civil rights law. I actually have analyzed thousands of civil rights instances and loads of employment instances.
I have a long records of provider to the public. Before law college, I changed into a paramedic for the City of San Diego. Other enjoy consists of volunteering for the San Diego Center for Children and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. These studies inspired me to find new and better approaches to serve people.
