Philip Wilson “Wil” Van Winkle is an companion legal professional for Allen & Allen in the Fredericksburg office specializing in automobile twist of fate and personal damage instances. Wil obtained his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he competed at the Extramural Moot Court Team and labored at the Legal Aid Justice Center.
Before becoming a member of Allen & Allen, Wil served as a regulation clerk at the National Association of Lawyers General in Washington, D.C. Wil has additionally worked as a creator and marketing intern, in addition to a Summer Associate at Allen & Allen.
In his spare time, Wil enjoys journeying and backpacking, street and trail biking, and playing last Frisbee. Most these days, he completed a backpacking experience to Peru.
