Philip C. Krone concentrates his exercise in employment regulation, civil litigation, and civil rights litigation.
Mr. Krone is licensed to practice regulation in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Lawyers, Virginia Bar Association, and the Fairfax Bar Association. While Mr. Krone’s exercise covers the overall span of civil litigation issues, he is frequently litigating enterprise disputes, contract disputes, wage instances, and private harm cases in the Circuit and General District Courts of Northern Virginia in addition to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Mr. Krone has had fulfillment in representing customers in all of these courts.
In addition to practising in state court docket, Mr. Krone frequently handles employment, civil rights, and constitutional matters in federal court docket, briefing and arguing before the USA Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Krone has had success in representing clients in both of these courts.
Mr. Krone obtained his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, in which he become a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Additionally, Mr. Krone interned for the Honorable Daniel R. Dominguez, Senior Judge for the USA District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
Prior to regulation faculty, Mr. Krone labored in the automobile auction industry supplying fine warranty at an impartial car auction and for a non-public contracting enterprise supplying business-process reengaging services to the US Air Force. Mr. Krone is a native to Fairfax County, in which he presently is living with his spouse and daughters.
