I have been managing non-public injury, family regulation, and commercial litigation in South Florida for more than 30 years. Born and raised in New York, I attended Ramapo High School in Spring Valley and went directly to observe at State University of New York in Binghamton wherein I majored in Political Science, graduating in 1977. After a quick time running in income I moved from Manhattan to Miami to wait the University of Miami School of Law. While attending law school I served as both a regulation clerk and bailiff within the eleventh Judicial Circuit of Miami-Dade County for Judge Francis Knuck. I obtained my JD in 1985.
After commencement, I worked as an associate coping with Plaintiff’s private injury and clinical malpractice instances. I joined Marks, Aronovitz & Leinoff, P.A. in 1986 and improved my practice to encompass commercial litigation and matrimonial regulation. The corporation have become called Aronovitz & Jacobs, P.A.
I based Jacobs and Straus P.A. with my wife, Geri Sue Straus (1960-2013) who was also a University of Miami School of Law graduate. Susie and I dealt with and tried a huge number of personal damage instances over time, together with automobile damage, bike injuries and ATV accidents, wrongful/unintended deaths, and insurance bad faith. We also had a sturdy Family Law and Commercial Litigation practice. We gave each and each consumer the prison know-how and private attention vital to reap the first-class feasible outcome.
I deliver my enormous stories to my new exercise, Law Office of Paul Jacobs, P.A., wherein I can be continuing my practice in Personal Injury, Family regulation, and Commercial Litigation. As a long time Boca Raton resident, I have spent many years in training Boca Youth league sports activities. I served as the president of the Boca Tierra Homeowners association from 1991-2014. I actually have served at the Board of Directors of the Levis JCC considering that 2015 and keep to assist the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. My Family and I are long term individuals of Temple Beth El.
