Otis significantly enjoys mastering languages. He speaks both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. He believes that with increasing globalization, human beings want to get to realize each other; a terrific way to begin is to research every other s language. Before practising regulation, Otis lived in countries as diverse as Spain, Argentina, Japan, China and Ecuador. He acquired bachelor s stages (in Philosophy and Linguistics) from Washington State University, and he later received his regulation degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. While at Golden Gate, Otis acquired various honors and awards and located many of the pinnacle of his magnificence.
