Nic Perino joined Robert J. Semrad & Associates in 2006. He is a senior companion and a member of both the bankruptcy and litigation departments. Mr. Perino’s number one practice consciousness is counseling and representing Debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Perino has correctly defended and settled numerous adversary proceedings referring to allegations of fraud towards client borrowers.

Mr. Perino also serves at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s volunteer attorney panel. has memberships of the panel assist represent indigent parties on a pro bono basis in discrete adversary complaints and contested subjects.

Mr. Perino earned his law diploma from Duquesne University School of Law. During law faculty, Mr. Perino labored for the Office of the Pennsylvania Lawyer General. A member of the Charitable Trusts and Organizations department, he helped put into effect the proper use of items from deceased individuals to the Commonwealth’s severa charitable agencies.

Mr. Perino changed into born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Penn State University.
