Skyler Anderson is one of the founding companions of ANDERSON & BENSON. He has numerous years of experience committed to immigration. Dating back to his first year in law college via pro bono clinics and internships, Skyler’s cognizance has constantly been immigration regulation. As an attorney, he has successfully navigated clients thru the tangled webs of immigration law thru U.S. embassies and consulates at some point of the arena, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the immigration and appellate courts. His advocacy has ended in a number of brilliant published decisions within the kingdom and federal appellate courts.
Skyler lived for two years in southern Chile, wherein he have become fluent in Spanish and in which he developed a love for overseas cultures. Upon returning to the USA, Skyler continued his have a look at of the language, receiving his Bachelor of Arts diploma in Spanish from Brigham Young University in 2007. He went directly to get hold of his Juris Doctorate diploma from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2009.
Skyler served on the executive committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) 4 years. He has held leadership positions and/or volunteered at the Horizonte Pro Bono Immigration Clinic seeing that 2008. He is a former judicial clerk for the Immigration Court in Salt Lake City, Utah.
