I concentrate on bankruptcy cases, Chapter 7 and Chapter thirteen voluntary petitions, for clients experiencing dire economic problems. I help clients in in search of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability (SSDI) from the Social Security Administration. I even have drafted severa Last Will and Testaments, Power of Lawyers, and Georgia Advanced Directive for Healthcare. I am a member of the Bankruptcy Lawyers Advisory Committee for the Southern District of Georgia (BLAC). I am the Treasurer for the Bankruptcy Section for the State Bar of Georgia. Active within the community, I function a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel and take delivery of appointments from the US District Court to represent indigent defendants charged with federal misdemeanors and felonies.
