Michael R. Daum counsels clients at the guidelines and guidelines set forth under the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA concerning the design, administration, merger and termination of qualified and nonqualified pension plans in addition to health and welfare plans. Through his recommend, Mike seeks to assist his clients avoid complicated regulatory issues before they stand up.
In regulation faculty, Mike served as an extern for the Honorable David W. McKeague, Judge for the Sixth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals. In addition, Mike served as research assistant for Mary A. Bedikian – Director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program at Michigan State and a former District Vice President for the American Arbitration Association – and furnished services to the Michigan Supreme Court.
A Central New York native and previous public address announcer for St. John Fisher College athletics, Mike enjoys spending his time outdoor of the office inside the organisation of family and buddies. In his spare time, Mike loves to journey, devour at eating places, and observe the Buffalo Bills and New York Knickerbockers.
