My exercise focuses largely on representing small companies and startup organizations, despite the fact that I actually have represented fundamental subsidiaries of publicly-traded agencies inclusive of Kroger Co. and the Hillman Group. I also have represented a number of monetary establishments which includes GE Capital Corporation, Colonial Bank, National Bank of Arizona, Western Alliance Bank and, more these days, Tennessee Commerce Bank. My smaller clients have benefitted from my counseling via their entire life cycles from formation via the moment they have been acquired or have filed financial ruin, and I have represented executives of their corporations transitions to their children.
