Matthew V. Piwowar is the founding father of Legacy Architects PLLC. His practice makes a speciality of Estate Planning, Trusts and Wills, Special Needs Children, Business Succession, Long-Term Care, and Probate. He has over 27 years of enjoy advising on property planning, business law, mergers & acquisitions, finance, and global law. Mr. Piwowar become born in Marquette, MI and grew up in West Michigan. He offers offerings to his clients statewide, from Grandville and Grand Rapids, south to Three Rivers and Kalamazoo, north to Boyne City and St. Ignace.
Experience
Piwowar’s heritage includes such transactions as: the sale of a Polish beer brewery, and the acquisition of staffing businesses in Spain, Hong Kong and India. As in-house recommend for a Fortune 500 corporation, he served as Vice President and Assistant Secretary and was responsible for coping with criminal offerings for its 26 usa $1 billion worldwide commercial enterprise.
Mr. Piwowar has extensive experience supplying a wide array of criminal offerings including: (i) property planning and enterprise succession, (ii) living trusts, unique needs trusts, and cottage trusts (iii) corporate law and (iv) mergers and acquisitions. He has organized dwelling trusts for masses of clients and counseled them thru the property plan design process.
Education & has membershipships
Piwowar received his double principal Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Social Science, magna cum laude from St. Mary’s College, Orchard Lake, MI. His Juris Doctor became earned at the University of Michigan Law School. He received training as an property making plans legal professional thru the National Network of Estate Planning Lawyers Advanced Practice Program.
He turned into adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University for Business Law, and University of Phoenix for History. Piwowar is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Forum of Estate Planners, and the National Network of Estate Planning Lawyers.
