Matt Kinley is a partner of Tredway, Lumsdaine & Doyle, LLP. He joined the company in 1989 and served the company as Managing Partner from 2006 to 2011.
Mr. Kinley represents healthcare clients in several exclusive elements of healthcare law, inclusive of both federal and nation laws and guidelines, licensing and certificates, Medical Board illustration, Medicare and Medicaid regulation and audit illustration, managed care contracting and disputes, fraud and abuse issues, referral disputes, specific healthcare employment problems, HIPAA compliance, creations and mergers, and acquisition of healthcare practices.
