Mr. Goodin has represented borrowers and lenders in all styles of bankruptcy lawsuits due to the fact that 2002 (which include consumer and enterprise chapter 7 instances, Chapter eleven reorganizations, Chapter thirteen and Chapter 12 farm cases). Outside of financial ruin, Mr. Goodin regularly represents clients in the place of probate lawsuits, property management, guardianships and different civil litigation matters.
Originally from Okmulgee, Mr. Goodin presently is living in Moore, along with his spouse Erin. Matt and Erin have 5 children, and attend St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. In addition to training law, Mr. Goodin is a adolescents, 3 style wrestling coach, licensed through USA Wrestling (NCEP Bronze degree) and the National Federation of State High School Associations (National Certified Interscholastic Coach). He currently serves as USA Wrestling’s Safe Sport Coordinator for the country of Oklahoma, and a board member of OKUSA Wrestling. Mr. Goodin additionally volunteers for Make-A-Wish, Saint Vincent De Paul Society, and he is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
