Mr. Arnold is an experienced trial attorney who has attempted bench and jury trials in each North Carolina District Court and North Carolina Superior Court and has argued cases in the front of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, VA. Mr. Arnold grew up in Charlotte, and attended Carmel Junior High, South Charlotte Middle, and graduated from Providence Senior High School. Mr. Arnold earned his undergraduate diploma in Psychology graduating cum laude from Belmont Abbey College wherein he obtained a basketball scholarship and performed varsity basketball for four years. Mr. Arnold attended regulation faculty on a full academic scholarship on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At Arnold & Smith, PLLC Mr. Arnold particularly focuses his practice on own family law cases: divorce, child custody, baby help, alimony, equitable distribution and different matrimonial law topics. Mr. Arnold handles circle of relatives regulation instances broadly speaking in Mecklenburg County, Union County, Cabarrus County, Gaston County and Iredell County.
