Maryvel De Castro Valdes joined the Siegfried Rivera in 2012 and concentrates her practice in network affiliation law and residential and business actual property law. She represents a vast range of clients in actual property subjects such as acquisition and rental/deliberate unit development, business lending, residential and business lease transactions, and landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. Valdes also has full-size revel in in representing network institutions in both condominium lien foreclosures actions and loan foreclosures movements. She works intently with Boards and control on the enforcement of Association collections policies, preparing demand letters, claims of liens, agreement repayments plans and intending with foreclosure actions to cope with delinquent bills.
Ms. Valdes is an energetic member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Community Association Institute’s Southeast Florida Chapter and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
