For the past 8 years at Losch & Ehrlich, Mark Meyer has treated civil litigation for businesses and people in nation and federal courts on a huge range of problems, such as contracts, actual assets, torts, successor liability, magnificence movements, employment, production, administrative and writ lawsuits, anti-accept as true with, and public contract bidding.
He has been chargeable for all elements of civil litigation, which includes motions, mediation, trials, and appeals. Able to successfully take matters through trial, Mark understands that correctly resolving disputes is frequently within the parties’ best hobby.
Mark also reviews contracts and other commercial enterprise transactions, with a watch closer to avoiding troubles which could lead to litigation within the future.
Mark Meyer joined Losch & Ehrlich after three years as a Research Lawyer for the Superior Court. While at the courtroom, he supplied research, analysis, and draft decisions for Superior Court judges on civil matters and appeals.
Mark graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law with honors, externing with Federal District Court Judge Claudia Wilkin.
