I am a native Bristolian who acquired my undergraduate diploma from University of Virginia in 1981. I acquired my law degree from Duke University, graduating inside the pinnacle ten percent of my class. Prior to returning to the Tri-Cities, I practiced with large litigation law offices in Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C. I even have great litigation experience, such as attempting cases in the front of a jury, and arguing appeals, in Virginia, Tennessee and federal courts. I even have argued two times earlier than the nine justices of the US Supreme Court. I even have also efficaciously reached settlements for my customers in dozens of instances, ranging from multimillion dollar settlements to small fender-bender cases of some thousand bucks. I live in Abingdon, Virginia with my wife and youngsters. I enjoy tennis.
