Mark turned into raised in Hopkinton, New Hampshire and received his Bachelor of Arts diploma in public coverage studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2002. Prior to attending regulation school, Mark became a college assistant and personnel coordinator at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mark is an accomplice with Cleveland, Waters and Bass and concentrates his practice inside the regions of environmental, land use and actual property regulation.
