Marilyn Heiken has been training regulation in view that 1996. She represents human beings severely injured or killed with the aid of scientific malpractice, commercial and place of work accidents, automobile and truck accidents, faulty products, and other catastrophic incidents.
Marilyn is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Lane County Bar Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ), and a Guardian has club of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). Marilyn serves as a delegate to the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates and he or she is a member of the Lane County Bar Association Diversity Committee and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Publication Committee. She has been on the Editorial Board for the Oregon State Bar Torts e-book from 1996 t9 the existing. Marilyn is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of Oregon and inside the Oregon State Courts.
Marilyn acquired her B.A. in English Literature, summa cum laude, from the University of Oregon in 1987, and her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1992.
Marilyn is married to Doug Heiken, and they have a daughter, Emmaline. Outside of work, she jogs, hikes, bikes, knits, paints, and enjoys her Australian shepherd, Ernie, and cats.
