Lynnette Herrman graduated from The University of Kansas School of Law in May, 2006 along with her Juris Doctor diploma, after finishing her first year of law college at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from law faculty and being certified to exercise regulation in the State of Kansas, she labored in the private zone for former Lawyer General of Kansas and former District Lawyer for the 18th Judicial District, Vern Miller. Lynnette have become an Assistant District Lawyer for the Office of the District Lawyer for the 18th Judicial District in May, 2007. She started out her paintings as an Assistant District Lawyer within the Traffic Division, prosecuting misdemeanor site visitors crimes, site visitors infractions and each misdemeanor and prison DUI cases. During her time as a prosecutor, Lynnette spent 3 years within the Child in Need of Care Division, wherein she prosecuted civil instances concerning the abuse and forget about of children. Lynnette labored as an Assistant District Lawyer until late December, 2010, while she resigned to pursue her very own practice. Lynnette spent almost 5 years as “Of Counsel” with the organization Beall & Mitchell, LLC before moving directly to open her own firm at 1020 N. Main, Suite A, Wichita, Kansas. When she isn't always operating along with her own customers, Lynnette additionally serves as a Limited Case Manager in own family regulation cases. Lynnette finished her Bachelor of Arts diploma at Wichita State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a main in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.
